It consists of a rotating cutting knife and a water ring system.
The extruded molten mixture is conveyed through rollers to the rotating blade in the center of the water ring pelletizer.
The rotating blade cuts the molten mixture into pellets of the same length.
At the same time, the water ring system cools the pellets and removes heat by spraying water onto the cutting area, causing it to cure quickly.
The cured pellets are fed into the collection unit below to complete the carbon black pelletizing process.
