MACHINE ANALYSIS
It can realize automatic and continuous material transportation, avoid the tediousness and instability of manual operation, and improve production efficiency; the use of vacuum pumps for extraction and transportation can save energy and reduce operating costs.
This extruder is customized for PE sheet, capable of melting and extruding thermoplastics to create high-performance sheet.
The main function of the mould is to process and shape the PE sheet, which has the characteristics of high precision and high efficiency. The customized PE sheet mould can accurately control the shape, size and thickness of the sheet to ensure the best product quality and performance.
The three-roll calender uses the rotation and extrusion of three rollers to evenly extrude and stretch the PE material between the rollers, there by achieving optimal ductility and surface quality. We designed the calender machine so that it can make 2 pcs sheet at the same time.
The main function is to pull the sheet and ensure that the sheet moves at a predetermined speed and direction on the production line. By controlling the speed of the sheet, the flatness and quality of the sheet during the production process are guaranteed.
Mainly used to roll and collect the produced plastic sheets.
