The GS-mach 3D filament extruder was designed by the R&D team through continuous experimentation and research. We have designed several models suitable for hourly output, especially for customers who are willing to try the market but don't want to invest too much money, GSD35 model, GSD45 model (output of 8-15kg/h and 15-30kg/h respectively), GSD65 model (output of up to 30-50kg/h, suitable for some customers who require large output).
GS-mach 3D filament extruder is mainly equipped with mixer, hopper dryer, single-screw extruder, hot and cold water tanks, twin-axis filament diameter lasers, neat winder and filament packaging machine. With our filament extruder, filament diameter tolerance can be controlled within ±0.03mm or even ±0.02mm. With a two-axis filament diameter laser, customers can check tolerances, and we can also equip them with real-time filament diameter variation curves to allow them to visually check details.
The GS-mach 3D filament extruder is mainly suitable for materials such as PLA, PETG, PEEK, ABS, PA, and HIPS. In addition, we have designed machines for certain water-soluble materials (e.g. BVOH, PVA, etc.). For raw materials, they must be filament grade and in granular form in order to complete the production and obtain a good product.
