This laminator is used to produce products by extrusion casting composite skeleton method by applying a layer of EVA resin on the surface of BOPET web as the base material. The line is an extrusion laminating line and includes the appropriate auxiliary equipment. The end product is the popular EVA bag film, which can be used in a variety of applications.
The general process flow is automatic unwinding - edge correction - corona - coating oven - extrusion lamination - antistatic liquid coating - corona cooling - final winding device.
